This agreement governs the processing that Le Studio 7 Services Numériques Inc. ("the processor", "we") carries out on behalf of its clients ("the controller", "you") when they use the portal and its tools, including the CRM. It forms part of our terms of use. This is a template: a version signed with your business, or a service contract, prevails in case of conflict. Have it reviewed by your legal advisor.
01 · Roles
You are the controller of the personal information you load into the portal and CRM (your contacts, prospects and their details). We act as your processor: we process that information on your behalf, on your instructions, and never for our own purposes.
02 · Purpose and duration
We process this information solely to provide the service: hosting, contact management, sales follow-up, communications you trigger, measurement and analytics. Processing lasts for the length of the engagement.
03 · Categories of people and data
People concerned: your prospects, clients and contacts. Data: identity and contact details (name, email, phone, company, role), exchange history, notes, source and campaign identifiers, and any data you choose to record there.
04 · Your instructions and obligations
We process on your documented instructions. You warrant that you are entitled to entrust this information to us and to solicit these people (consent or an applicable exception), and that your instructions are lawful.
05 · Confidentiality
The people authorised to process your information are bound to confidentiality. On the studio side, only the people assigned to your account can access it, for support and to run the service.
06 · Security
We apply reasonable measures: encryption in transit (HTTPS), isolation of every client account, access tokens stored encrypted, and restricted access to production data.
07 · Sub-processors
We rely on the providers listed in our privacy policy (including Supabase, Vercel, Resend, Google, Anthropic, Meta, Mux, Frame.io and ScreenshotOne). By using the service, you authorise them. We hold them to confidentiality and security commitments, and we notify you of a significant change.
08 · Assistance
We help you, to the extent reasonable, to answer the requests of the people concerned (access, correction, deletion, withdrawal) and to meet your security and assessment obligations.
09 · Confidentiality incidents
If an incident affects your information, we notify you without undue delay and provide the information you need to meet your legal obligations.
10 · Transfers outside Quebec
Some sub-processors process data outside Quebec, mainly in the United States; our databases live in Canada (Supabase). See the privacy policy for the detail.
11 · End of the engagement
At the end of the engagement, we return your data in a common format or destroy it, as you choose, subject to the retention periods required by law.
12 · Records and verification
We keep a record of the processing carried out on your behalf and provide you, on reasonable request, with the information needed to demonstrate its compliance.
