01 · Using the site
The site exists to tell you about our services and let you reach us. You agree to use it lawfully.
- Do not try to reach restricted areas without authorisation.
- Do not disrupt the site or overload it by automated means.
- Do not scrape the content wholesale to republish it or train a model without our written agreement.
- Do not send unlawful, defamatory or misleading content through our forms.
02 · Intellectual property
The Le Studio 7 name, the signature asterisk, the brand system, the copy, the code, the layout and the visuals on this site belong to us or are licensed to us. You may not reproduce, adapt or exploit them without our written permission.
The videos and projects shown in the portfolio were produced for our clients. The brands, logos and images they contain remain the property of their respective owners and appear as work references.
03 · The AI Audit
The AI Audit is a free tool that generates automation ideas from the answers you give. It is produced by an artificial intelligence model.
The return-on-investment estimates and price ranges it contains are orders of magnitude, not an offer, not a quote and not professional advice. Any error or approximation cannot bind us. Only a written, signed proposal does.
04 · Client portal
Client portal access is personal. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity carried out from your account.
Tell us right away at support@lestudio7.ca if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend access that compromises the security of the platform or of a client's data.
05 · Booking a meeting
A slot booked through the site is a meeting request. We confirm the appointment by email. We may need to move it, in which case we offer you another slot.
06 · Third-party services and links
The site relies on third-party services and links out to external platforms, including Facebook and Instagram. We control neither their content nor their privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them. Their own terms apply when you use them.
07 · Availability
We do what is needed to keep the site available and current, without guaranteeing that it is error-free or uninterrupted. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time, without notice.
The content of the site is provided for information, as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
08 · Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we cannot be held liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site, including lost profits, lost data or lost business.
Nothing in these terms sets aside the legal warranties of Quebec's Consumer Protection Act where it applies.
09 · Engagements
These terms cover the site only. Any video production, website, content or system engagement is governed by a separate signed contract or proposal, which prevails over this page in case of conflict.
10 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws in force in the province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable there. Any dispute falls to the courts of the judicial district of Bedford, province of Quebec.
11 · Changes
We may revise these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, at the date shown at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
